Frau Vincent

by Duxius-Edyta Rogowska-Żak

ABOUT THE SONG

“Frau Vincent” is a moving track by Duxius, inspired by true stories of women battling ovarian cancer. The song was born out of Edyta Rogowska-Żak’s intense interviews with oncology patients as part of the MIKA-App project. The track pays tribute to the strength and beauty of women facing cancer. Its core message emphasizes that illness does not strip women of their value, beauty, or femininity. “Frau Vincent” aims to raise awareness about ovarian cancer while celebrating the courage and determination of patients. Blending personal experiences with a universal message, the song encourages dialogue and acceptance. The planned music video, inspired by the works of Pierre-Auguste Renoir, is designed to visually reinforce the song’s message, showcasing the beauty of the female body and the strength of spirit in the face of illness.
